All TUFF Wireless units come with a 1 year warranty from the time of purchase. Please provide proof of purchase when returning product. Allow 48 HRs from the time we receive the unit to inspect for warranty repairs or replacement. We only warranty defects with the product. Damaged products will not be covered by warranty.
